Description
PTFE Powder Spray is a grease-free lubricant and release agent based on PTFE (Teflon or polytetrafluoroethylene). With its long-term lubricating action, this product has universal application particularly in work areas where oil or silicone-based agents cannot be used because they ruin finishing work such as painting or because of other reasons.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
- PTFE Powder Spray is a lubricant which can be used on practically any material
- In automotive engineering, it is the optimum lubricant for belt mechanisms and guide rails such as those found under seats
- It can also be used as a lubricant and separating agent for eliminating any type of noise from covers and seats etc
- In industry it is used particularly in processing textiles and wood for bearings, slip rails, rollers, chains and threads
- It also has universal application in the household
- Ideally suitable as a release agent in plastics processing
APPLICATION
- Spray PTFE Powder Spray thinly and uniformly onto the clean and grease-free surface
- If greater layer thickness is required, the preceding coat must be allowed to dry before applying another coat
- Note: After use, clear spray nozzle by inverting can and spraying until only the propellant emerges

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- For optimal lubrication of moving parts such as slide rails, mechanical joints, locking lugs etc., as a separating agent or to eliminate noise of coverings for almost all materials
- Particularly suitable in application areas where oil and silicone-based agents interfere with the finishing work
- Operating temperature range –40° C - +250° C
- Application: The surface must be free of grease, clean and dry
- Spray thin coats to the application area and leave to dry in between treatments
- After use, clear spray nozzle (hold can with spray head upside down) by spraying until only pure propellant emerges
