Free standard delivery on all orders over £50
Standard delivery (orders under £50)- £3.95 (3-5 working days)
Express delivery (on orders placed before 2.30pm)- £6.95 (1-2 working days)
We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase from Arnold Clark Autoparts, but we do understand that sometimes you might need to make an exchange or return.
To make a return, just follow our easy to use, automated process here The system will guide you through the process and you will be provided with a label which you can print out at home or get printed at your nearest collect plus outlet.
All returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from us or you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it. However, it must be returned in a resalable condition, with its original packaging included.
In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item from Arnold Clark Autoparts, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can arrange a replacement.
Please inform Arnold Clark Autoparts of any returns request within seven working days of delivery.
We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us. We can process refunds far more quickly and efficiently if we also receive a completed return.
We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receiving returned items, as long as they are undamaged and in a saleable condition. All refunds will be made via your original payment method.
Returning items by post
We will refund any postage charges where the return has been due to an error on our part. Otherwise, you will need to meet the cost of postage, unless otherwise agreed by Arnold Clark Autoparts. Please note, Arnold Clark Autoparts accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit. Please ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover where possible.

1) For any authorised return, the parcel must be un-opened and in the same condition as when received. If the parcel has been opened, and the battery removed from the protective packaging, the battery cannot be returned.
2) If a parcel has been damaged in transit, and as a result, the battery has been damaged or is leaking, we must be notified within 24hrs of receipt. Photographs of unopened parcel, and damaged battery, must be provided.
3) If a customer wishes to return a battery for any reason other than damage in transit, e.g. ‘I have sold the car and no longer need it’, ‘have got one from somewhere else and now don’t want it’, as long as the parcel is un-opened, the battery can be returned. The full return delivery cost will be chargeable. The original cost of the delivered battery will be credited (less the original carriage charge).
