Liqui Moly Leak Finder Spray 400ml - 3350

PFAS-free leak test fluid for detecting spots where gas and compressed air may escape. Locates leaks on tanks, pipes, hoses, screw joints, welding seams, flange connections and fittings. Water-soluble and biodegradable test fluid filled with environmentally friendly propellant. Guarantees economical, reliable use thanks to the high bubble formation.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

• For detection of leakage of flammable gases from family 1 (town gas), family 2 (natural gas) and family 3 (liquefied petroleum gas), for explanations see EN 437, withing a temperature range of 0 °C to 50 °C
• Can also be used for other gases
• Carry out preliminary tests in case of doubts

APPLICATION

• Put depressurized systems under pressure with a gas in advance
• Shake can well
• Then apply on the location to be checked from a distance of 30 – 50 cm (check all connection points, if possible)
• Observe for some time
• If bubbles form, there is a leak
• The smaller the bubbles, the smaller the leak
• Attention: After use on copper and PVC, make sure to rinse with water!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Leaks (pipes, screw joints, weld seams, etc.) are located on pressurized systems such as air conditioners, compressed air brake systems, tires and hoses, gas bottles, gas lines and plants when performing inspection, maintenance and repair work
• Once the fluid is sprayed onto the surface, it indicates the position of the leaks by forming bubbles over them
• Application: Spray at a distance of 30 – 50 cm
• Then thoroughly rinse off parts with water
