Autoparts Yuasa Gaming Chair giveaway terms and conditions  

  1. The Promoter 

  1. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC036386 whose registered office is at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4FH, trading as Arnold Clark Autoparts.  

  1. The Competition  

    1.  The title of the Competition is ‘Win a Yuasa Gaming Chair’ 

    1. The Prize winner will be the named Arnold Clark Autoparts customer as stated on the relevant order confirmation. 

    1. The Opening Date of the Competition is 6th April 2026 at 09:00am and the Closing Date is 30th April 2026 at 23:59pm (the “Term”).  

    1. All entries received from the Opening Date are automatically entered into the draw. 

    1. After the Competition’s Closing Date, the Grand Prize winner will be drawn from all entries received by the Promoter from the Opening Date of the Competition, excluding winning entries from any previous weekly draws.  

  1. How to enter  

    1. The Competition will run from 09:00am on the Opening Date and end at 23:59pm on the Closing Date.  

    1. To enter the Competition, Arnold Clark Autoparts customers must purchase a Yuasa battery. Upon purchase, customers will be automatically entered into the Competition. Customers must receive an order confirmation for their entry to be considered valid. 

    1. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of the Prize by the winner is subject to them completing the battery purchase. Cancelled or returned orders will not be included as entries. 

    1. Each battery purchased counts as one entry, so multiple entries are allowed per customer. 

    1. By entering into the Competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

  1. Winner 

    1. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable using the contact details provided by the customer via their order. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize within 30 days of initially being contacted by the Promoter, the Prize will no longer be offered to the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, any Prize not claimed by a winner within the specified timeframe will no longer be available to the winner and may be awarded to another randomly selected Competition entrant.
