Manufacturer Conditions
 Audi
  • 21 days to make a claim.
  • £5 minimum return value.
  • Body item / glass etc. are non-returnable.
  • Non-stock items are non-returnable and this will be advised at point of order.
  • 20% handling charge, up to a maximum of £60 per line.
  • Where a product is fitted with seal / use tape (such as seat belts or other hazardous items), the seal must not be broken or have been tampered with. 
Cupra
  • 21 days to make a claim.
  • £5 minimum return value.
  • Body item / glass etc. are non-returnable.
  • Non-stock items are non-returnable and this will be advised at point of order.
