F1 Petronas Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
1.1. Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC036386 whose registered office is at 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, G52 4FH, trading as Arnold Clark Autoparts.
2. The Competition
2.1. The title of the Competition is ‘Win two tickets to the 2026 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.’
2.2. The Opening Date of the Competition is 16th March 2026 at 09:00am and the Closing Date is 5th June 2026 at 23:59pm (the “Term”).
2.3. All entries received from the Opening Date are automatically entered into the draw. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
2.4. The Prize (as defined in Clause 5.1) winner will be drawn from all entries received by the Promoter after the Competition’s Closing Date.
3. How to enter
3.1. To enter the Competition, Arnold Clark Autoparts customers must purchase a minimum of one (1) PETRONAS Syntium and/or PETRONAS Selenia oil. Upon purchase, customers will be automatically entered into the Competition. Customers must receive an order confirmation for their entry to be considered valid.
3.2. Cancelled or returned orders will not be included as entries.
3.3. Each PETRONAS Syntium and PETRONAS Selenia oil purchased counts as one entry, so multiple entries are allowed per customer.
3.4. By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
4.1. Any Arnold Clark Autoparts customers who have purchased a PETRONAS Syntium and/or PETRONAS Selenia oil during the Term.
4.2. Not available to Arnold Clark employees or branches.
4.3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
5. The Prize
5.1. One winner will receive a pair of tickets to the British Grand Prix Weekend at Silverston Formula 1® event (3rd July to the 5th July)
5.2. The prizes are supplied by Univar Solutions in partnership with Arnold Clark Autoparts.
5.3. The prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner
6.1. The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable using the contact details provided by the customer via their order.
6.2. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 24 hours of initially being contacted by the Promoter, the prize will no longer be offered to the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize not claimed by the winner within the specified timeframe will be awarded to another randomly selected Competition entrant.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1. The Prize will be given to the winner via Univar Solutions, who will provide a digital version of the tickets via email.
7.2. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
7.3. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
8. Publicity
8.1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will publish the surname and city of prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries on the Promoter's site and/or social media channels after all winners are notified.
8.2. The winners will be asked if their names and images can be used in any publicity materials, however, the winners have the right to object. If the winners consent, their image can be used by the Promoter for three years before it is deleted.
8.3. If the winners object to any or all of their surnames, city and winning entry being published or made available, the winners must contact the Promoter orders@arnoldclark.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8.4. If a customer wishes to opt out of the Competition, the customer can email orders@arnoldclark.com to request to be removed from the Competition.
9. Limitations of liability
9.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Data Protection
10.1. Subject to your consent to do so, the Promoter will process the email address you provide when purchasing a PETRONAS Syntium and/or PETRONAS Selenia oil to enter you in the Competition and to randomly select the Competition winner. If you win, the Promoter will use your email address and, where necessary, collect and process your name and/or telephone number for the purposes of contacting you, and facilitating prize fulfilment.
10.2. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that The Promoter will process your personal data for the purposes of running the Competition and selecting and contacting the winner. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy: www.arnoldclark.com/cookies.
11. General
11.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
