Arnold Clark Autoparts “Chicco Green Rocket Balance Bike” competition terms and conditions

1. Eligibility: Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Arnold Clark Group, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are excluded from entry. No third-party entries will be accepted.
   
   
2. How to enter: Entry is gained by liking and sharing the Facebook competition post and following the Arnold Clark Autoparts Facebook page.
   
   
3. Closing date: The competition runs from 4th December to 8th December 2025 and closes at 12pm (midday) on 8th December. Entries received after this time will not be counted. The Arnold Clark Group accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason. One entry per person only.
   
   
4. Platform: The competition is open to entries via the Arnold Clark Autoparts Facebook page only. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   
   
5. Winner selection: From all qualifying entries, one winner will be selected to receive a Chicco Green Rocket Balance Bike.
   
   
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via a reply and private message on Facebook.
   
   
7. Winner information: The winner must provide their full name, shipping address and email address or phone number for prize delivery. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
   
   
8. Prize delivery: The prize will be delivered by post within 28 days of receipt of the winner’s details.
   
   
9. Entry fee: No purchase or entry fee is required.
   
   
10. Prize conditions: No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.
    
    
11. Final decision: The Arnold Clark Group’s decision in all matters relating to this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
12. Prize substitution: The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
    
    
13. Fraudulent entries: The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to disqualify any entries believed to be fraudulent or involving misconduct.
    
    
14. PR participation: By providing personal details for prize delivery, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable PR activities relating to the competition for a period of three months from the draw date, which may include a public announcement of their name on Facebook. No financial reward will be given for such participation.
    
    
15. Right to amend: The Arnold Clark Group reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate the competition without prior notice, provided this is not done unreasonably.
    
    
16. Governing law: These rules are governed by Scots Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
    
    
17. Promoter: The promoter is Arnold Clark Automobiles Limited, Registered Office: 454 Hillington Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4FH.
