The DC8020 to USB-C adapter that comes standard with this product can only be used for Jackery devices (100Plus/300Plus) that contain a DC DC input port, and cannot be used to charge any other device with a USB-C input port.

Is this product waterproof?
The waterproof level of this product is IP68. This product can prevent daily water splashing. In order to ensure its service life, please keep
the product dry on a daily basis and don't soak the product in water or other liquid.
How to clean the solar surface?
Dust and dirt on the surface should first be removed using a soft brush. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
What is the battery type of SolarSaga40 Mini?
The cell type of SolarSaga40 Mini is PERC. Compared to conventional solar cells, PERC cells have an extra layer on the back of the cell. This extra layer captures more sunlight and converts it into electricity, making PERC cells more efficient than conventional cells.
How long is the Warranty?
We provide 3+2 year warranty for SolarSaga 40 Mini. A 5-year total warranty (includes a 2-year extension) for Jackery website orders. The extended warranty would be applied automatically if purchased from official website.
