Can the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 be used as a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)?
Yes, the Jackery Explorer 3000 V2 supports UPS mode. When connected to an AC input, it powers devices using grid electricity. In the event of a sudden power outage, it automatically switches to battery mode within 20ms. However, it does not support 0ms switching, so it’s not recommended for sensitive devices, such as data servers.
Is the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 expandable? Can I increase its capacity?
No, the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 is a standalone system and does not support additional expansion batteries. If you need expandable capacity, you can choose our 2000 Plus or 1000 Plus series, which allow for battery expansion.
Is the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 fireproof? What is the fire resistance level of its exterior material?
The Jackery Explorer 3000 V2 is made from durable materials and has passed the necessary safety certifications, but it is not fully fireproof. Exposure to temperatures above 130°C (265°F) may pose risks such as fire or explosion.
How long can I use a 3000Wh portable power supply?
The 3000Wh portable power supply is designed to run for extended periods, whether outdoors or during emergencies. It can power not only a refrigerator and a TV for several hours but also multiple high-power devices, such as an air conditioner, microwave oven, and electric kettle, simultaneously. For instance, an air conditioner can operate for about 2.5 hours, a refrigerator for 1 to 2 days, and an electric blanket for approximately 30 hours.
If I purchase the Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 as a standalone product, will I need any additional accessories?
The AC cable for charging from a power outlet is included, and all accessories needed for this charging method are provided. The cable for charging from a solar panel is included with the panel, so no additional cable is required. However, if more than three panels need to be connected, a 'Solar Panel Connector' (sold separately) is required. Additionally, if you wish to charge via a car's cigarette lighter socket, you'll need the 'Car Charging Cable' (sold separately).
Can I mix different Jackery solar panel models or quantities when connecting multiple panels to my Portable Power Station?
No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.
Will the delivery team carry the item upstairs to my flat/apartment?
Unfortunately not. As this product weighs over 30kg (including packaging), it will be delivered by lorry via pallet delivery, rather than by standard courier service.
Delivery is to kerbside or ground floor only. If your address is a flat or apartment, please be aware that the item will not be carried upstairs. We recommend arranging assistance in advance if needed.

How to setup Solar Charge Priority: Set your reserve threshold in the App ‘Self-powered Mode’. When battery levels exceed this value, the system uses 100% solar charging. If stored power drops below the threshold, automatic hybrid charging (Solar + AC) engages seamlessly.
How to setup Off Peak Charging: Simply connect to mains power and activate the 'Charging Plan' via the App to customise your charging times and make the most of cheaper energy.
How to Extend Battery Life: Simply select the Working Mode via the app, then enable 'Battery-Saving Mode' to activate it. When enabled, the battery stops charging above 85% and stops discharging below 15%, helping you get more life from every cycle.
