Can I use the Jackery while it's charging?
Yes, you can use Jackery power stations while they're charging! This feature is called pass-through charging. It allows you to power your devices while simultaneously recharging the Jackery unit. This is especially useful during longer power outages or extended outdoor trips.
Can I mix different Jackery solar panel models or quantities when connecting multiple panels to my Portable Power Station?
No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.
How long is the Warranty for the Explorer 2000 v2?
Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the official Jackery website, Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or authorized dealers.
How to turn on the Energy Saving Mode?
