What is the Battery Type of the Product?
The battery type is a LiFePO4 with advantages of high-temperature resistance, strong safety stability, and better circulation performance.
What is life expectancy?
It is rated for 4000 full charge cycles - at that point you will have approximately 80% of your original capacity - then will gradually reduce. (This doesn't mean the battery has a 1500 cycle life span - at 1500 cycles the unit functions at its best. After 1,500 cycles the unit will not be at its optimum, due to internal wastage.)
What Type of Solar Panel is Compatible with the Explorer 1000 Plus?
You can plug in Jackery 80W/100W/200W solar panel to charge the Explorer 1000 Plus.
Does it Make Noise when Charging? What is the Noise Level?
The noise will not exceed a maximum of 30dB.
Does it support an APP connection to control charging?

How Long is the Standby?
80% of the power can be used for extra long standby for 2 years.

Can I use Other Brands of Solar Panels to Recharge the Explorer 1000 Plus?
We strongly do not recommend using other solar panel brands to recharge Jackery power station products since we cannot guarantee other brand quality and provide an after-sales service, if for instance damaged using other companies' solar panel brands.
How Long is the Warranty?
We provide a 3+2 year warranty for Explorer 2000 Plus. A 5-year total warranty (includes a 2-year extension) for Jackery Website orders, and for Amazon orders, please register your item on the Official Website: https://support.jackery.com/extend-warranty to get the extra 2-year warranty.
Does it Support EPS？
Yes, the Explorer 1000 Plus supports EPS and the switching time is less than 20ms.
Does it Support Pass-through Charging?
Yes, the Explorer 1000 Plus supports pass-through charging and it won't cause any battery life damage.
Is it Fireproof?
Yes, the product is 94V-0 fireproof.
Can I mix different Jackery solar panel models or quantities when connecting multiple panels to my Portable Power Station?
No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.
