If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from us or you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it. However, it must be returned in a resalable condition, with its original packaging included.
In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item from Arnold Clark Autoparts, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can arrange a replacement.
Please inform Arnold Clark Autoparts of any returns request within seven working days of delivery. Please print out the returns form, fill it in and send it back with any returned items.
We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us. We can process refunds far more quickly and efficiently if we also receive a completed returns form. Do make sure you include this in your package.
We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items, as long as they are undamaged and in a saleable condition. All refunds will be made via your original payment method.
Returning items to a branch
If you return items to an Arnold Clark Autoparts branch, we can send them back to the Arnold Clark Autoparts E-commerce Team free of charge. Please still print off and complete the returns form before bringing it, and your unwanted goods, into the branch. Please note that our branches are not able to issue a refund or exchange for goods that you received by post.
Returning items by post
We will refund any postage charges where the return has been due to an error on our part. Otherwise, you will need to meet the cost of postage, unless otherwise agreed by Arnold Clark Autoparts. Please note, Arnold Clark Autoparts accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit. Please ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover where possible.
